What's goin' on here?
The name, inspired by Ray Bradbury's own dedication in his prime to a rigorous routine of writing daily, becomes the impetus for my own struggle here. I wear many hats--writer, student, citizen, comrade, husband, teacher (more?)--and each an identity worthy to write under. Each deserving of its own time and space. Each a sea of ideas to swim in.
The teacher moves to the front here. This is a blog on praxis. Less a pedagogy for the obsessed, this space allows me to grow as a teacher, bringing in my experiences from the classroom, infusing ideas from others who have taken time to step away from the institution and actually consider what it means to teach and learn in the 21st Century.
